Here at NNOWW we definitely understand the overwhelming frustration, confusion and doubtfulness that comes with venturing into new territory, especially with weight loss. It is our mission to make sure none of our clients ever feel that way again. Although we understand that time may be of the essence, our approach is one of more patience and allowing the body to do things naturally for long term, lifelong results.

What to Expect
Although all client plans’ are highly individualized, our approach will always be one of keeping a clean diet, daily physical activity and mental wellness. In addition to nutritional guidance, strength training, muscle building, increasing endurance and stamina we also specifically focus on client motivation and well-being.
Do You Know Your Basal Metabolic Rate?
Your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is an estimate of how many calories you'd burn if you were to do nothing but rest for 24 hours. It represents the minimum amount of energy needed to keep your body functioning, including breathing and keeping your heart beating.
Knowing your BMR allows you to track how many calories you need to consume in order to lose weight. For example, to lose 1 pound per week, you would need to have a caloric deficit of 3,400 calories for that week.
